Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3330kh ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at 3330kh.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised versions of that site. By accessing or using any part of the 3330kh platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 3330kh, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slot games from third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others), exclusive in-house game formats (Win Drop, Treasure Hunt), and all promotional, bonus, and loyalty programmes.

3330kh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the 3330kh platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 3330kh, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Residency: You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Mental capacity: You must be acting of your own free will and not under duress, impairment, or undue influence.
• No prior exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed on your own account or any other exclusion imposed by 3330kh.
• Single account: You must not currently hold another active account on the 3330kh platform.
• Accurate identity: All personal information you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

3330kh operates a robust age and identity verification process. We reserve the right to request supporting documents — including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any stage of the account lifecycle: during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Until verification is completed to our satisfaction, we may restrict account access or withhold withdrawal processing.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits associated with such an account will be returned via the original payment method. Any winnings generated will be forfeited in full and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on 3330kh, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a preferred mobile number for account verification. All details must match your government-issued identification documents.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 3330kh platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• Accurate information: You are required to provide complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with any other person.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify 3330kh if any of your registered details change, including your address, phone number, or payment method. Updates can be made via the account dashboard or by contacting support.
• No account transfers: Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 3330kh account to any third party.
• Account access: 3330kh reserves the right to access and review account activity at any time for compliance, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

3330kh may at its sole discretion decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. If your application is declined, any deposit made prior to the decline will be returned in full via the original payment method.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3330kh platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your account reflects the exact BDT amount available for wagering or withdrawal.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Mobile Money (Instant): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit ৳200. Funds are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks. Minimum deposit ৳500. Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Debit/Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard. Minimum deposit ৳500. Processing time: typically within minutes.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 for all methods.
• Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed the same day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to request documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on the receiving payment method must match the registered account holder's name.

3330kh does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator, bank, or card issuer may apply their own fees independently of 3330kh. We recommend checking with your payment provider before transacting.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

3330kh offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload offers, free bet credits for cricket betting, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account if the wagering requirement is not completed by the stated deadline. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates. Full contribution tables are available in the relevant bonus terms.
• Maximum bet: When playing with active bonus funds, a maximum single-bet limit applies as specified in the bonus terms. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse: 3330kh employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour including low-risk arbitrage betting, systematically exploiting bonus terms, or colluding with other players is considered abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
• Right to modify: 3330kh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible players who have already accepted and started meeting the terms of a given promotion.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 3330kh platform — including third-party slot titles, live casino games, and in-house formats (Win Drop and Treasure Hunt) — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes administered by trained dealers. The integrity of every game result is maintained independently of player actions or account status.

• Binding results: All game results displayed on the 3330kh platform are final once confirmed. Results are determined by the RNG engine or live dealer outcome, and no player, staff member, or system administrator can alter them after the fact.
• Disconnection policy: If a player experiences a disconnection during an active game round, the round will complete according to the game engine's logic. If the system cannot determine a fair outcome, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. This is managed per-game and per-provider according to their published rules.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity, 3330kh reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Payouts resulting from malfunctions — including software bugs, display errors, or incorrect odds caused by technical failure — are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Sports betting integrity: All sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 3330kh follows standard industry settlement rules. In the case of disputed results, 3330kh's decision is final.
• Prohibited play strategies: Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets is strictly prohibited. 3330kh monitors for irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void suspicious bets and restrict associated accounts.
• Third-party game rules: Games provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studios are also subject to those providers' individual game rules. 3330kh makes these available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a provider's game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail on account and payment matters; the provider's rules shall govern the game mechanic itself.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 3330kh platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using forged documents during verification.
• Money laundering: Using the 3330kh platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. 3330kh complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker formats, or any multiplayer game mode.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal for a genuine deposit. Chargebacks are treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of outstanding amounts by legal means if necessary.
• Automated play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access the platform in any unauthorised manner, probe for security vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the site, its games, or its servers.
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at 3330kh support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Underage play: Attempting to register, play, or facilitate play by any individual under the age of 18.

3330kh employs dedicated fraud prevention, AML, and responsible gaming teams. Player accounts are subject to ongoing monitoring. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, restrict gameplay or withdrawals, or close an account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, without obligation to provide detailed reasons to the account holder.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

3330kh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, duplicate accounts, underage play, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time. To initiate a closure request, contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Outstanding active bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules; net winnings from those bets will be included in the final withdrawal.

• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. • Balance on closure: Any verified real-money balance held at the time of account closure will be returned. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus credits are forfeited upon closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
